Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VoxForge, including the website, desktop application and related services (the "Service"), operated by VoxForge ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) have read and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you discover unauthorized use, contact immediately.
2. Service description
VoxForge is a real-time AI voice changer and soundboard platform delivered as a cloud-connected desktop application. The Service is a digital SaaS product; access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Because of this, refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Free and paid plans are described on the Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment processor Waffo Pancake and renew automatically until cancelled.
Auto-renewal authorization: By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize VoxForge to charge your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. This authorization remains in effect until you cancel per Section 4.
Prices are listed on the Pricing page and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We will notify you by email before any price changes take effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Online (recommended): Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation before permanent deletion per our Privacy Policy.
5. Refunds
Refunds are limited to the cases described in our Refund Policy. In short: new subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge; renewal charges may be refunded within 7 days if usage was minimal. Refunds are not available after these windows or for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for harassment, impersonation intended to deceive or defraud, illegal content, or any activity prohibited in our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for the audio you create and how you use it.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of recordings and custom voices you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process them solely to operate the Service. If you publish a voice to the community library, other users may view and use its effect parameters.
8. Our content & license
The Service, including the preset voice library and software, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use (commercial use by eligible plans where stated). You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or voice catalog.
9. Billing disputes
If you believe a charge is an error, contact before disputing it with your bank or card issuer. We will respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed errors within 5 business days.
10. AI content & accuracy
AI-generated voice output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially in professional, legal, financial or medical contexts.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voice output quality may vary by microphone, system load and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxForge shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practicable. If we terminate without cause, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any prepaid period.
14. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
